I am putting together some of my favorite things in this post. Wine and unicorns! These unicorn wine bottles are fun to make for friends or girls nights. You can decorate them and bring them to a friend. You can also decorate them for a girls night. Drink some wine and make a unicorn. Sometimes it gets boring just giving a bottle of wine as a gift. You have to dress it up and what better way to do that then to make them a unicorn. Plus, they are super easy to make with just paint, a party hat, and tissue paper. Unicorn parties are really in right now but what do you do for unicorn party games? Luckily unicorns are wonderful, colorful, majestic creatures that come with a lot of creativity! I think unicorns would be all about the unicorn games and your little unicorns will love these unicorn party games! I usually pick one or two games that are easy to put together and for kids to play. Kids love games but you don’t want to go too crazy with games. A few will do. Continuing my unicorn love today I will be showing you how to turn party hats into unicorn party horns! I got these party hats from Target because when you are at Target you always come back with the essentials. Toilet paper, snacks, a piñata, party hats, some throw pillows, a pretty plate, toys and then raid the dollar sections. Who doesn’t need a more pretty straws and baskets?! I need to ban myself from Target because it is not pretty. I have no self-control there. I also give myself excuses to go there when I don’t need to because I can’t get laundry detergent at the grocery store, right?! I’m trying to budget but Target is always my splurge place! I need to have a little fun though and that is where I have my fun. I guess I am really an adult since plates and pillows are my play time! Target has really done a good job with their party decorations lately. Love their party hats and they have cute diy banners. I got these white and gold party hats because I just had to have them! I knew I would find some uses for them and turning them into unicorn horns is obviously a logical use, right? I still have some left for dinner parties or any other occasion. Yes, I expect my dinner party guests to wear party hats. Now lets make these unicorn party horns! read more

Woohoo it is unicorn week! I have been seeing so many cute unicorns around lately. My daughter is big into unicorns and my little ponies. It works out great because unicorns seem to be trendy right now. I personally am naturally drawn to bright colorful things and unicorns fit right into that. How can you not be happy when you see a colorful unicorn? If they don’t bring a smile to your face you might be dead inside. If only they were real! Since I can’t have a real unicorn I will stick to making unicorn cupcakes and decorations ;). These unicorn cupcakes are so adorable, I just love how they turned out!
