These diy pipe cleaner photo props are fun because they can be an activity and prop all in one. People can make there own things out of the pipe cleaners and get creative. I did some simple New Years ones. Glasses, lips, clocks, fireworks and the year. You can also do different colors for different party themes. I am finally in to Snapchat. Not really using it to it’s full ability but I love playing around with the filters with my daughter! She’s a fan of the puppy one and I love the flower crown one. The classic puking rainbow one is always a fun one! Emoji parties have been popular for a while but I have a feeling Snapchat party themes are going to be huge soon. If they are not a thing yet lets make them happen with all of these fun party printables! These printables go well with bright color decorations such as pink, blue or yellow. DIY Turkey Photo Prop

Sometimes I think Thanksgiving could use a little more fun! I find eating massive amounts of food fun but kids need more. My daughter and I made these fun diy turkey photo props and they were a huge hit with her! She thought it was so funny, especially when I was a turkey. Of course I made turkey sounds to add to the fun. This is an easy prop to make with kids to get them into the Thanksgiving spirit. I know Thanksgiving is not right around the corner but it is never too early to get ready for holidays! It could be because I spend too much time in craft stores and I’ve been seeing holiday stuff since July ;). Ps. I know this picture of my daughter looks a little creepy with the lighting and her doing her weird picture smile it makes her look cutely creepy haha. read more

Crepe Paper Flower And Ruffle Letters

I’ve been decorating for Valentine’s Day and I wanted to have a few decorations that I made myself. I decided to make these crepe paper flower and ruffle letters. I have wanted to make crepe paper flowers for a while and I am so glad I made them. I did the ruffle letter as well to save some time since the flowers take a while to make. Although I really enjoyed making them. I just put on some music and played around with crepe paper flowers, that is my idea of a fun night! The great thing about these is they were cheap to make and you don’t need a ton of materials. read more

Big Pencil Decorations

These big pencil decorations are so fun for back to school! Perfect for taking pictures, parties or just playing. I tried to get pictures this morning before Keira’s first day of Pre-Kindergarten. Of course as usual we were running late and didn’t get pictures. Tomorrow is another day and I am determined to get a few cute pictures! Sometimes the simplest tasks seem impossible with a kid. Especially pictures since they can’t stand still. For pictures I just love oversized props. Oversized or teeny tiny decorations are fun! Kids love oversized props for pictures and these big pencil decorations are lots of fun. read more
