Over the years I have hosted many wine nights. I used to live in San Diego right near wine country and I grew to really love wine. It is the perfect easy adult party to host. Also the perfect holiday get together. I don’t know about you but I needed some adult socializing and bonding time over a glass of wine. Notable Wines are the perfect addition to your holiday party. They are the first wines to have the flavor profiles on the front of the bottle making it easy for finding in stores and party guests to see the flavor profile. You can find where Notable Wines are available near you by using the product locator. The Notable: Oaky and Buttery Chardonnay has smooth oak, butter, and vanilla notes. The Notable: Fruity and Crisp Chardonnay has citrus, melon, and peach notes. They are the perfect wines for beginning and seasoned wine drinkers. Plus, at a wine tasting party you don’t have to choose one, you can taste both to see which you prefer. I made some fun printable for decorations and food labels. I absolutely love these adorable grape and wine glass decorations! It’s hard to find simple, classy, wine decorations to add to a wine party. That is why I had to create my own. I also made a printable wine bingo game. Bingo is a classic game everyone loves and no party is complete without games! Adults really get into games and I have some easy wine party game ideas for you. read more

DIY Shell Wall Hanging

DIY Seashell Wall Hanging

DIY Shell Wall Hanging

I recently moved close to the beach. For me that comes with the perk of being able to collect shells and use them for crafts. I found a ton of really pretty shells to turn into this pretty diy seashell wall hanging. I also worked with materials I had instead of getting anything from the craft store. If you are not close to a beach you can buy shells from the craft store or Amazon. They can also work outside for a shell wind chime. The shells make a pretty light sound when they touch. I want to bring some of the beach vibes inside our house. Now that I have a house I will probably do a few little easy home projects but I’m still sticking mostly to party do it yourself projects. Lets get started on this seashell wall hanging! read more

How To Make A Paper Cactus Garden

I love plants but have never been able to keep them alive. I can even kill a cactus, it’s true I have killed about 5 cacti. I made this easy cactus garden out of paper that you can’t kill. The best thing is you can make a bunch of these and you don’t have to remember to do anything after. These are fun decorations for parties or home. You can put the paper cacti in a vase with sand too but I have these fun fiesta style paper printable holders for them. Get the printable CLICK HERE read more

Tissue Paper Butterflies

Continuing with my butterlfy fun I have these adorable butterfly decorations. We just made these for at home for fun. I’m starting to decorate for spring and these were just an easy DIY decoration. If you get a pack of 24 sheets of tissue paper at the dollar store you can make 12 large tissue paper butterflies! They are just as easy as my Tissue Paper Fiesta Flowers, check those out too! You can make them both for spring flowers and butterflies, they go hand in hand. I chose bright fun colors for these but you can really do any colors you want. Butterflies come in so many different colors. We go to this place called butterfly wonderland that has a rain forest type room where the butterflies are flying all around. My daughter tries to get them to land on her but she mostly chases them away by running after them. She gets so excited if one lands on her, it is the cutest! She loves butterflies so much. She also wants a butterfly room for her bedroom and these are a cheap and easy decoration to have in her room. read more

Beauty and the Beast Inspired Rose Centerpieces

One of the most memorable parts of Beauty and the Beast is the rose under the glass. It also makes for such a pretty party decoration. When I was a kid and I went to Disneyland I picked out a little glass Beauty and the Beast rose as my souvenir. That is how much I love it! I was recently looking for that souvenir but I guess it got lost with my moves since childhood. I did find a couple Beauty and the Beast glass figures from Disneyland that my mom had held on to. She’s better at keeping things in one piece than I am. These decorations are fun to make just because, for parties, or Beauty and the Beast inspired tea parties. I used just a few dollar store materials to make these. Anyone can make these Beauty and The Beast centerpieces inspired by the movie. read more

15 Simple Party Cleaning Tips

15 Simple Party Cleaning Tips!

I would say my least favorite part of throwing parties is the clean up! More like my least favorite party of life is cleaning. I’m not afraid to say it, I don’t like cleaning, but it is a necessary evil. When you throw a party sadly after all the fun you have to clean up the mess. Since I am a blogger that focuses heavily on parties I know a thing or two about making glittery confetti messes. I am creating things on a daily basis and with that comes tiny pretty messes. Since making messes comes more naturally to me than cleaning them up I have come up with some shortcuts and ways to make the cleaning party a bit easier. I also have thrown enough parties to figure out what does and doesn’t work with the clean up. You can see my messes above, that top picture sure has a lot of dirt haha. In Arizona we get these lovely dust storms that bring massive amounts of dust all around, I decided that dust needed some confetti on top. My bottom more Instagram friendly mess picture I was playing around with confetti while wearing my unicorn slippers! Grown women need unicorn slippers too! I never outgrew my love for fairies, unicorns, and mermaids. Luckily I had a daughter so I can still play with all those silly fun things. Those are just a few of my many party messes that I have made and had to clean up! read more
