15 Troll Movie Party Games and Activities

15 fun trolls party games and activities!

We are really excited for the Trolls movie in my house! My daughter loves games and activities. She helped me come up with some Troll games and activities! These are all kid approved.

candy trolls game find the trolls

  • Find the troll. Put a troll from my printable tags CLICK HERE underneath a piece of candy or cups. Tape on with double sided tape. Show the kids which cup has the troll then mix them around quickly and see if the kids can guess where the troll ends up. You can do it with the two different trolls and 5 pieces of candy(or cups) to make it more challenging to guess.
  • Decorate a troll. Take blue and pink paper bags. Add googly eyes, stickers, gems, tissue paper, feathers and other decorations.
  • Freeze dance. Put on some music from the movie such as “Cant stop this feeling”. Start the music then stop it after a short time. Every time it stops the kids have to freeze. Dancing and a game in one!
  • Troll pinata! Everyone loves a pinata.
  • Poppy’s popping bubble station because bubbles! You can have individual bubbles or a large bubble maker.
  • Run from the bergan! Have an adult or one person be the bergan/bad guy. Everyone else are trolls, if the trolls are tagged they turn into a bergan and get to tag others. The last good guy wins.
  • Making streamer troll people. Have different teams with different colors of streamers for every team. Each team has to wrap an entire roll of streamers around one team member. Whoever finishes first wins.
  • Streamer troll relay race. Once people are wrapped up as trolls have an obstacle course set up for them to crawl over objects or jump over. This can be made with streamers tied across the room or a hallway.Trolls Balloon Game
  • Balloon game! Everyone loves balloons. I haven’t met a person large or small that doesn’t love balloons. Tie balloons around the kids waists with streamers. Have two teams with two different color balloons. Kids from one team try to chase and steal the other teams balloons. When they steal a balloon the person they stole it from is out and they can put the balloons in a laundry basket or box. Whoever gets the other team out first wins.
  • Crazy troll hair station. Have a station with hair chalk and hair glitter(glitter optional) to make fun bright color troll hair. You can do fun styles as well, depending on your hair skill level.
  • Hide the troll or trolls. Have small troll toys, small balls, candy or plastic eggs with the troll printables taped on them. Hide them, have the kids search for and collect the trolls.
  • Car races! Tape the printables on small wind up cars. Have two teams race Poppy and Branch.
  • Pin the hair on the troll. Get a poster of the trolls. Get cardstock paper in the color of the hair and cut pieces it out in the shape of the hair. Put double sided tape on the back of the papers. Have the kids pin the hair on the poster.
  • Ring toss. Print out the large circle trolls CLICK HERE, Tape onto the top of a wooden dowel. Glue the bottom of the wooden dowel to the middle of a small piece of wood, cardboard or foam board. You can use embrodiery hoops with ribbon wrapped around for the rings(these are cheaper than a ring toss game). If you already have a ring toss game just use that and tape one of the trolls to the base or front.
  • Troll twister. Use the printable mentioned in the line above and tape them to one of the colors on the twister board.

Bad Moms Back to School Tips

Bad mom back to school tips

Who’s ready to embrace your inner bad mom?! With the movie bad moms coming out I was thinking about all the “bad mom” things I am doing with getting my daughter ready for school. I feel bad for doing some things completely half ass but I really shouldn’t. If you worry at all about not doing everything right as a parent then you are a good parent. I love that moms are starting to embrace there imperfections and say who cares if others judge me. I can be a pinteresty mom. However, I am not going to have the perfect bento boxes that include a sandwich version of a Picasso painting. I just don’t have the time. I also don’t make healthy snacks(or anything) from scratch and I can’t always get my daughter to eat any of her vegetables. I put fruits and vegetables in my daughters lunch mostly so I wont get judged for not including these healthy additions. Yes, she is picky and I don’t want to hear about how kids are picky because parents make them that way. We do eat healthy but we also have to live life. Sometimes chicken nuggets and pizza are just delicious! Sorry not sorry. read more

    Simple Banana Notes

    | Uncategorized

    Bananas with notes on them

With school coming up I have been looking for ideas for school lunches. My daughter is starting Kindergarten this year. I can’t believe she’s already in Kindergarten! It’s the big time for her, real school! I would love to do fancy lunches every day but realistically that’s not going to happen. Notes are a fun way to show your kids you care. You don’t even need paper just write a note, joke or draw a picture on bananas or other fruit. Since my daughter is 5 I will mostly be drawing little pictures. read more

    DIY Emoji Party Favor Tags

I love emojis! I may over use them just a tad when I’m texting though. Sometimes words can’t express what an emoji can! Emoji parties are a fun trend right now and they are perfect for tween/teen parties. I will show you how to make these adorable emoji party favor tags and give a few ideas for party favors. Teen party favors are really tricky because bubbles and bouncy balls no longer cut it(although I’m an adult and I like bubbles haha)!

    White Chocolate Covered Fruit Kabobs

    White Chocolate Covered Fruit Kabobs

For summer I love having desserts with fruit in them. I also like a simple dessert. These white chocolate covered fruit kabobs with rainbow sprinkles are perfect for a simple refreshing dessert! I chose rainbow colored fruits to give a pop of color. I also didn’t put all the kinds of fruit on one kabob because some people like different fruits. You could do a bunch of combinations of fruit too to give variety. I like them separated and how they look all lined up by color. I also toyed around with the idea of colorful candy melts for the chocolate drizzle but decided white chocolate with colorful sprinkles would look good. If you have a theme and a certain color you want to use you can add a colorful chocolate drizzle! I was thinking of orange, pink or another bright color. I also think colorful sprinkles are a nice touch for parties! read more

    What you need:

Cut out the jersey along the edge and leave the strip in between the two jerseys. Fold both sides towards the middle along the bottom of the jersey. You can also just cut out the shirts and tape them to each side. The jerseys are cute for a garland as well. Just cut them out, punch two holes in each and string some ribbon through. read more

    List For Santa Printable

    List for Santa Printable

Happy Friday! Who is ready for Christmas? It is really almost time for Christmas. This “Santa” is getting a little nervous because I have a ton to get done before Christmas. I have presents to get and wrap before the big day. I have a few little things ready but I can already tell I will be up the night before Christmas wrapping away. I am just always a procrastinator! Even when I plan not to it happens. In my defense we have been busy. Last week we went up to the mountains in Arizona to play in the snow. We wanted snow and we definitely got a ton of snow. There was a big snow storm. For someone from Phoenix that is really really exciting and my daughter loved the snow. The night that we got back home I was so ready to be in my own bed and get a good nights rest.Well that didn’t happen. In the middle of the night my daughter got sick and has been sick the last few days :(. That is the worst feeling as a parent when you have a sick kid and there is nothing you can do to make it better. read more

    Ugly Sweater Koozies

    | Christmas, DIY, Drink, Printables, Uncategorized, Winter

Ugly Sweater Koozies, dress up your dirinks at a holiday party with ugly sweater koozies!

I’m definitely a fan of the ugly sweater craze and these ugly sweater koozies are perfect for an ugly sweater party. A lot of them I don’t even think are ugly just very festive and fun. About 5 years ago I could not find ugly sweaters anywhere for a party and had to make my own. I can’t sew at all so I think I glued some Christmas patches on a plain red sweater, gluing I can do. Now ugly sweaters are everywhere and a ton of people are having ugly sweater parties! I love that because adults need to dress silly and have fun more often. I made these little ugly sweater koozies with felt. Okay they are more just decorative sweaters but if you add some pants or felt around the bottom of the bottle they are koozies. Sometimes beer gets cold and needs a little sweater. You can also use the same template to make an ugly sweater garland using felt or Christmas color card stock paper! read more
