I love tacos and I love cookies so I just had to put the two together. I made these adorable funfetti taco cookies that have fluffy frosting and colorful sprinkles all in a little taco shape! You can make these will all store bought foods not form scratch or make it all from scratch. I actually used the store bought marshmallow frosting and it was not too shabby. I usually make a homemade buttercream but sometimes I just don’t have time. Lack of time doesn’t stop me from making cute treats though! These are really fun to serve for a fiesta, Cinco De Mayo, or Taco Tuesday fun. They would be perfect for a girls night too. I also like to make real tacos because they are one of the few things that I can make and don’t have to keep looking at a recipe. Not to brag but I am the slowest cook around. I constantly forget how much of what to put in then I improvise and it all goes downhill from there. Luckily these cookies you can improvise with and they will still turn out yummy. Get creative with the frosting and sprinkles! You can do different colors of frosting and any color combination of sprinkles or shapes of sprinkles.

With spring right around the corner a lot of people will be doing some spring entertaining. Also right around the corner is the new Beauty and The Beast movie. We are so excited for the movie. It is one of my favorites from childhood and my daughter also loves it. She loves dressing up in her Belle dress and playing princess. Lucky Charms they are one of my favorite cereals from childhood. Also as an adult I sometimes like to indulge in my childhood favorites. These little lucky charms marshmallow pops are such a tasty treat. It’s tiny marshmallows on top of marshmallows, what?! You get a fun crunch to go with the soft marshmallows. I used green candy melts to give it a bit of St. Patrick’s Day fun. They would also look cute with just white so the Lucky Charms pop, rainbow color candy melts, or blue. These are fun to make with kids because they can help and snack along the way! I have a lot of Lucky Charms fun planned for the week! Come back for more ideas and free printables for Lucky Charm week. These Lucky Charm marshmallow pops are magically delicious!
You know what they say donuts are a girls best friend, or is it diamonds? Well either way us ladies love them both so why not put them together! I made these pretty free printable diamond ring donut toppers. They come in blue, pink, and silver. These would be perfect for a bridal brunch or any bridal shower. I love them so much I might have to make some more diamond ring decorations. In December my wonderful man asked me to marry him. I’m engaged and can’t wait to start my life with my love. Before the wedding we will be having some celebrations. Bridal shower, bachelorette party, let the games begin! Wow I’m excited for all of the food and desserts ;). Yes, that is where my mind goes first to donuts and cupcakes. Hopefully I can make the process a little easier on you all and my friends/family by coming up with some ideas and free printables.
The super bowl is right around the corner! That means time to bring out all the cute football party desserts and food. This easy football field cupcake cake is perfect for a football party. I made a couple mini cupcake cakes but you can do one lager one too! It’s the same process you would just use a whole batch of cupcakes for a larger football field cupcake cake. Mini ones are fun and you can spread them out at a party or on a dessert table. I love Super Bowl parties mainly for all of the food that people make. I can make little appetizers but usually I am on the dessert making team! These cupcakes are really easy to make and I put little M&Ms as players on the field! I thought that was a cute touch. I only wrote out a few of the field numbers because there wasn’t space for more, plus it’s easier that way. I will also share my secret for filling in the gaps of cupcakes when making a cupcake cake!

My daughter is obsessed with penguins! Here bed looks like the stuffed animal arctic. She is building up quite the penguin collection. I think it is so adorable. The only problem is she wants to go see penguins in their natural habitat and I had to break it to her that’s not going to happen. She wants to see those emperor penguins waddling in the wild. We are Arizona girls I don’t think I could handle the cold and it would be quite the impossible trip to visit penguins in Antarctica. When I was in South Africa there were penguins and they were the cutest. Hopefully someday we can visit the beach dwelling penguins! That’s more my style. I get cold when it is 50 degrees.
Time to get this party started! Who doesn’t love shiny disco balls? I personally use disco balls to decorate my desk but that’s just me. These disco ball cupcakes are a fun and easy cupcake for New Years or other shiny parties! A disco bridal show would be fun too! I served them on a shiny tray I made with sparkly washi tape. You can make any kind of cupcakes and all you need to do is add white frosting and some silver sanding sugar. You can also make them in gold or pink like the disco balls shown above. I think I will do pink next! These are really fun to eat while watching the ball drop on New Years. Although, I often don’t make it up that late the sugar rush might help!

I love winter time when it snows and the trees are covered with snow. It is the best and of course building snowmen! Last year we went up north to Flagstaff to the snow, I live in Phoenix and we have to drive a little bit to get to the snow. When we were there it snowed like crazy. My daughter absolutely loved the snow! We tried to build snowmen but we could not get the snow to roll into a big ball. I don’t know if my snowman building skills are rusty or if the snow was just too fresh. To celebrate winter coming I made some easy mini winter treats. Sort of a mini snow village with mini snowmen and winter trees. These winter treats turned out adorable. They were also incredibly tasty, Reese’s are my favorite. No baking involved here and really fun to make with kids.
