Fruit is making its way into a lot of parties these days. Decorations and food(obviously) are filled with fruity ideas. I love eating fruit I know surprisingly I don’t just eat cupcakes and donuts. I also love bright fruit decorations and parties. I naturally gravitate towards bright colors and fruit is right up my alley. I also really like the look of the fun summer fruits plus eating them. These fruit balloons are really simple to make for any celebration.
What you need to make them:
Continuing with all things marbled! I have been seeing many party places making marble balloons and I thought it would be fun to make them myself. The benefit of making them yourself is you can make them in any colors you want. I went with bright colors but pastels would be pretty and sparkly would look so good too! You can use different color balloons but the white is nice for making the colors really pop. I tried a few different ways of swirling so you can see what type of look you like and go with that. The one up front above reminds me of out space and would look really cool on black balloons.
I wanted to combine a few of my favorite things balloons and flowers. This pink flower balloon garland is very simple to make and just look at how pretty it is! Pink is a great color to use for spring but you really could do any color you want. You can get everything for this garland at the dollar store besides the glitter letters but those aren’t necessary. With dollar store materials this garland is so pretty and cheap to make. Add any types of flowers just a few or a a bunch.I think it would also look good with black and white balloons with bright color flowers.
I feel like my blog and life needs more balloons! You will be seeing more balloons from me coming up. They are just such an easy decoration and you can make so many cute things in balloon form. Like these diy Easter chick balloons. They were incredibly simple to put together and I just love how adorable they turned out. My daughter also absolutely loves balloons. She will keep a balloon as long as possible. I have to get rid of them when she is not around or else it makes her cry. Yes, she cries a lot and her new thing is to say I am breaking her heart. You know if I threw out the milk that has gone bad it breaks her heart. Getting rid of balloons definitely breaks her heart. I actually love how sensitive she is because it took me until I was 30 to be okay with crying in front of people. She cries and is over it in a minute then off to play a game. I have also gotten very better at holding back my laughter when she is crying over a ripped piece of paper. Anyways, no one is crying when these cute chick balloons are around. At least not until they have to go back to the “farm”. They are fun for spring and of course Easter decorations.
These easy DIY bunny balloons are really easy to put together for Easter or spring. You just need the free printable and some pom pom balls to make them. I am going to be ready for Easter early. It already feels like spring or summer since it has been 90 degrees in Phoenix this week. We decorated our place with a few Easter decorations and now I am planning for what we will do on Easter. These balloons are going to be perfect for taking pictures with the kids. For the face you can also add some googly eyes and a mouth. I just kept them simple for now.
What is better than rainbows and balloons?! This diy mini balloon rainbow is so easy to make for St. Patrick’s Day or any cheerful celebration. You can also make a bunch of little rainbows to hand all over a party. The best thing about this diy mini balloon rainbow is that you don’t need helium for the balloons you can blow them up, put them together and tada! This is such a cheap and easy party diy. One package of small balloons can go a long way! You can also make larger balloon arches with the same technique just add more balloons. I personally like the idea of a bunch of little rainbows all around and hanging above a dessert table :).

I’m am continuing to make my own snow since we don’t have any in Phoenix. These snow globe balloons were really fun to make and I just loved how they turned out. They are a cheap and easy decoration for any winter or Christmas party. It is looking really snowy. I made a bit of a mess with this project but I had fun doing it. I always have fun making a mess not always cleaning it up. Just make sure to have newspaper down to contain the mess.
What you need to make it:
Thanksgiving is coming up soon! Do you usually cook for Thanksgiving? I have never been the one to cook everything for Thanksgiving. I can make a simple side dish and bake a pie. My mom usually cooks the turkey and most of the meal. I will help out with what I can but cooking just doesn’t come naturally to me. I am thankful for my mom for all that she does around the holidays and really year round. I am thankful for my entire family because I really lucked out with an amazing family! I thought a fun way to show what you are thankful for on Thanksgiving is with thankful balloons. You can decorate balloons with fall leafs and write what you are thankful for. They are easy to make and fun to take pictures with so you can remember what everyone is thankful for. You can take pictures all together with the balloons as a background or individually holding up the balloons. A fun way to show thanks!
