Some bouquets are sweeter than others. This sweet diy cinnamon roll bouquet is easy to make and a fun gift to give friends. You can make homemade cinnamon rolls or a package. I went the easy route with a tube of rolls. Add colorful sprinkles to brighten them up more and put them on bamboo skewers to make a bouquet. I love how this bouquet turned out and seriously who doesn’t prefer a bouquet that you can eat?! Edible bouquets are becoming more and more popular because birthdays are a time to splurge on your favorite treats. Cinnamon rolls also go great with coffee so making it in a coffee mug is a perfect fit. I just used a large plain white mug with colorful tissue paper. You could also decorate a mug to give as part of the gift or get one with a funny saying on it. Lets get these cinnamon rolls started!

- Nothing is better in summertime than lemonade! It is my favorite summer drink to keep cool. As a kid I have such great memories of making lemonade stands with my family. We lived on a cul de sac and everyone in the neighborhood were close friends. That made having a lemonade stand extra fun because all the neighbors would come by and support us. My sister and I would put two straws in a cup because we thought it looked fancy. I still sometimes like to drink my drinks with two colorful straws. I decided to continue the family tradition of making a lemonade stand and it was even more fun as an adult! It was made extra easy by using 2 liter bottles of Minute Maid® Lemonade for our lemonade at the lemonade stand. We made a colorful yellow and sunny lemonade stand. I created some fun lemonade printables to decorate the cups and stand. I love how the lemon printables turned out! Since the lemonade stand I have been drinking my Minute Maid lemonade with straws that have lemon toppers to make it feel more festive. We also made fun to go cups for the lemonade. I find that sometimes the problem with lemonade stands is the lemonade is tricky for people to take with without spilling. I dressed up mason jars and yellow paper cups with fun printables plus spill proof lids. I tested them out by tipping them to the side to make sure they wouldn’t spill and it worked! That may be a risky way to test it, but luckily the lids passed the test.
To get your lemonade stand started first you will need to pick up some Minute Maid Lemonade from Publix! It is located in the aisle with specialty drinks and soft drinks next to the soft drinks. The 2 Liter bottles are perfect for a lemonade stand and making a lot of drinks find your local store HERE. Find your local store and save a $1 when you buy 2 2 liter bottles save in store. Back to school is a great time for photo ops. Then you can look back each year at how much your kiddo has grown up! Man it goes so fast, I can’t believe my daughter is already starting first grade! Before I know it she will be a teenager. I want to make sure to take pictures of every stage of her life and important moments like the first day of school! I made this easy back to school photo backdrop for cute pictures. It’s simple for anyone to make with just a few items. I included “chalkboard” balloons and I used post its on the wall to write the grade my daughter is going into.
I’m getting my daughter ready for school and something I often struggle with is organizing school supplies. She’s starting first grade and I have a cute little table for her to work at for fun or school assignments. The only problem is there is not a lot of space on the table to put supplies. That is why I decided to make a cute diy hanging school supplies organizer. The best thing about it is that I made it from a cereal box and toilet paper rolls. I just love when I can find things around the house to make stuff out of, don’t you?! Just add some washi tape and anything can look cute! It hangs easily on the wall and saves space! Lets get this crafting started!
Back to school is a fun time for kids and parents. I think by the end of summer everyone is ready for back to school! What better way to celebrate than with some chocolate. Kids can practice writing letters on chocolates or these are fun to send in school lunches for the first week of school. Nothing complicated to make since there are enough things to do to get ready for school. My daughter is starting first grade and the school supply list is growing! My daughter is excited for this year because it is real grown up kid learning. These chocolate bars are kind of like little chalk boards to write letters. If kids are making them they can write the letters on with a paint brush or with chocolate bottles. It could get messy but it’s also really fun! Plus, every occasion needs chocolate, that is just a fact. Momma needs some chocolate during back to school time that is for sure! Make these back to school chocolate bars for a fun back to school activity with kids!
All printables are for personal use only.
My niece loves the show Peppa Pig. She has probably watched every episode multiple times. I think it is a cute show. Any kids show that you have to watch a million times gets old after some time but it’s a silly cute show. My daughter was obsessed with Team Umizoomi so I could happily go the rest of my life without seeing that show again. Without a doubt when my niece was turning 4 she wanted to have a Peppa party. I made some fun little printable for decorations at her party. I also made desserts and helped decorate. Since she was having her party at a play place we didn’t do anything over the top just a few simple decorations. Hopefully these ideas will give you all some easy to put together inspiration for a Peppa Pig inspired party!
After going to the beach don’t you just wish you could take the beach and that feeling home! Well you can in a way with an easy beach memory jar. These are really cute also for party centerpieces. Plus so simple to make! You can use larger vases for a centerpiece. This can be a simple house decoration as well. If you have beach pictures of kids or family this is cute for a photo display. This one I made with shells and sand I collected from the beach. I want to bring as much of the beach as I can home with me!
I recently moved close to the beach. For me that comes with the perk of being able to collect shells and use them for crafts. I found a ton of really pretty shells to turn into this pretty diy seashell wall hanging. I also worked with materials I had instead of getting anything from the craft store. If you are not close to a beach you can buy shells from the craft store or Amazon. They can also work outside for a shell wind chime. The shells make a pretty light sound when they touch. I want to bring some of the beach vibes inside our house. Now that I have a house I will probably do a few little easy home projects but I’m still sticking mostly to party do it yourself projects. Lets get started on this seashell wall hanging!
Who doesn’t love a BBQ with some tasty hamburgers and hot dogs?! I know I could go for some BBQ food right about now! Since it is the season to light up the grill I made some cute and easy BBQ party printable to go with the occasion. Nothing too fancy just hot dogs and hamburgers. That’s kind of the extent of what I can make on the grill but they are always popular with a crowd. When I was a kid I could have lived off of hot dogs. Maybe not the best choice for every day but definitely a winner for special occasions! The toppers pictured above are cute to put on a toothpick then put into the top of the hot dogs and hamburgers. You can also top desserts or sides such as cheese with the toppers. Cut them out, tape the back to a toothpick, put into food and you are good to go!
