Being a mom can be really hard sometimes. Usually when I put my daughter in time out we both need a little time out. I love her more than anything but sometimes I need a time out! It’s funny how time out to kids is a punishment but as an adult a little time to just sit in the corner in peace sounds fantastic! That is why I thought it would be fun to make a little mom’s time out bag. Mom’s deserve a little “time out” break to just relax and take care of themselves. You can put whatever your mom or mom friends like in their time out bag. Little spa/beauty things, nail polish, wine, tea, chocolate, coloring pages and anything a mom might like for her “time out”. You can have a bunch of little bags at a mothers day party to give to a group of moms.
What you need to make a time out bag:
cellophane bags or any cute gift bags. You can also use paper bags that the kids decorate or decorate the bags however you want.
fun goodies to fill it up with, for example tea, wine, coffee, coffee mug, Target or Starbucks gift card, small makeup/beauty/spa products, sleep mask(for nap time), magazines, candy, chocolate, adult coloring pages, crayons or colored pencils, and nail polish. You know the moms in your life most and what little products they would love for their time out.
ribbon to tie it up

Inside like I said you can cater the bag to the mom but any cute relaxing goodies are great. I printed out some free coloring pages from Creative in Chicago’s geometric coloring pages here: http://www.creativeinchicago.com/2013/09/free-geometric-coloring-sheets.html and these pretty flower ones from Yet Another Mom Blog here: http://www.yetanothermomblog.com/posts/coloring-pages-for-adults-zentangle-flowers-1/
Any mom would love to get a time out bag. Be right back, I will be giving myself a time out ;). Get the printable gift tags here: https://drive.google.com/open?id=0BxwAY0DNVKH7TUg1S0hyX2dza2M
