Game of Thrones Printable and Dragon Eggs

Winter is Coming printable

If you are not a Game of Thrones fan this post is not for you but to my fellow fans welcome! I’m obviously very excited for the Game of Thrones premiere this week. I might need to get HBO Go just to watch this show. That is how much I love it! I may or may not be dressed as the queen of dragons while watching. I also need to go back and binge watch all of last season before I start this one. With so many characters it is hard to remember where everyone was at when it ended last season. Plus my memory is about as good as a goldfish. I am just assuming goldfish don’t have a long term memory but I could be wrong.

I made this fun classic Game of Thrones inspired Winter is Coming printable that I would love to share with you all, you can get it for free here:

If you are having people over to watch the premiere you can display it in a frame or with some branches as shown here. These branches I painted with a copper color but plain or white would look nice too. Black, white and red are great colors for a GOT party.

I made some red and black spiked “dragon eggs”. Dragons are too complicated for me so I stuck to the dragon eggs.

Fold a piece of red or black card stock paper in half three times for small eggs or once for a large one. For a large one you need 4 piece of paper per egg. Then cut it in a half oval shape. Cut out small triangles as shown. Then tape the pieces together using double sided tape. Really easy and I made it look jagged so it doesn’t have to be perfect.

If you are having people over to watch the premiere here are a few ideas: red wine and lots of it, a variety of meats and cheeses, something on ice preferably crushed ice to look like a snowy winter, and more wine. You could use your left over Easter eggs for dragon eggs. Paint the plastic eggs red and string them up as a garland. Cadburry Eggs with some red candy melts drizzled over them would make great dragon eggs. I personally will be having a poll of who is not going to make it to the end of the season and how they will go. If anyone wants to join me I would love it! For the finale I will be back with real detailed ideas and more printables!
